This is a remote-friendly role built for a self-directed professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder. The role includes MLS listing input and full listing coordination Contract-to-close transaction management reZEN compliance and file documentation Deadline and timeline management across multiple active files Communication and coordination with agents, clients, title, and lenders The right candidate has Real estate transaction experience — this is a firm requirement Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping balls An Oregon real estate license is a plus, not a requirement Why WPG We're a values-driven team with a clear growth trajectory and a culture that respects your time and expertise.
