The John Nicolucci Agency is expanding and seeking a high-performing Licensed Insurance Account Representative who knows how to sell, close, and exceed goals. This is a fully remote opportunity with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. - Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Confidently present and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close with consistency.
- Build long-term relationships through follow-up and outstanding service.

- Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
