Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for first‑party data collection, enrichment, and activation that align with arenaflex’s overall business objectives.
  • Data Architecture Design: Lead the design of robust data collection frameworks—including website forms, mobile app sign‑ups, loyalty program enrollments, and interactive surveys—to capture high‑quality consumer insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Advertising, IMX Media, Martech, Product, and external agency teams to ensure data initiatives support integrated campaign goals and brand storytelling.
  • Customer Journey Orchestration: Map and execute end‑to‑end digital CRM campaigns that leverage first‑party data to deliver personalized content, offers, and experiences across multiple consumer segments.
  • Data Enrichment & Segmentation: Identify and integrate external data sources that enhance consumer profiles, enabling more precise segmentation and targeting.
  • Compliance & Governance: Work with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to embed consent management, data protection, and industry‑standard governance into every data collection touchpoint.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of data initiatives on engagement, conversion, and loyalty metrics.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor a high‑performing team of data analysts, CRM specialists, and technology partners, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in digital consumer data strategy, CRM leadership, or a comparable senior role.
  • Proven track record of designing and launching large‑scale first‑party data collection programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and implementing consent‑driven data practices.
