Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and growing team at arenaflex. This is a full-time, work-from-home position designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling a wide range of inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Working Schedule and Location

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home anywhere within the United States. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
