Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to become a pivotal member of the Product Marketing Client Analytics team. In this remote role, you will partner with senior leaders across Product Marketing, Investor Relations, and the Executive Office to uncover actionable intelligence about customer product and service engagement. Your work will drive product strategy, inform go‑to‑market decisions, and help the organization anticipate market trends before they emerge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Product Marketing, Investor Relations, and the Executive Team by delivering deep insights on customer interaction with arenaflex devices and services.
• Design, develop, and execute regular and ad‑hoc analyses, data mining initiatives, and predictive models that surface strategic and tactical recommendations for the evolving customer base.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for arenaflex’s smartphone, tablet, laptop, media player, streaming device, and smartwatch product lines.
• Partner cross‑functionally with arenaflex’s streaming, cloud, retail, online store, support, and services teams on joint customer analytics projects that span the entire ecosystem.
• Architect end‑to‑end data modeling pipelines and scripted analytics solutions using Python, Spark, and other modern data‑engineering tools.
• Lead data‑science projects from inception through production, overseeing data quality, model development, feature engineering, statistical validation, and visualization.
• Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives, tailoring communication style to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience building data‑science solutions that solve real business problems.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on coding experience with Python, R, or Spark, including the ability to process large‑scale data sets, develop machine‑learning models, and maintain production‑grade ML pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (quantitative emphasis), Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Analytics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
