Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching calls, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen your communication and problem‑solving skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Canadian French (Québécois), with the ability to communicate clearly in written assessments.
