Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator at arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of our AI‑enhanced conversation platform. When the AI model encounters uncertainty—falling below a 98 % confidence threshold—you and your teammates will step in to interpret, respond, and categorize consumer messages with speed, empathy, and precision. Your work not only resolves individual customer inquiries but also feeds back into the learning loop that continuously refines arenaflex’s language model.

This is a full‑time, remote position with flexible shift options covering 24 × 7 coverage. You will collaborate with a high‑performing Conversion Improvement team, handling top‑tier client accounts across verticals such as automobile insurance, health insurance, and prescription drug plans. Success in this role is measured by response accuracy, speed, and the quality of insights you provide to improve our AI engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound consumer messages in the arenaflex chatroom within 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses or crafting ad‑hoc replies when necessary.
  • Maintain a minimum 98 % accuracy rate on all responses; random audits will be conducted to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Achieve a productivity benchmark of 60 replies per hour while preserving the high‑quality standards expected by arenaflex’s enterprise clients.
  • Identify and flag conversations that require escalation to senior leadership or specialized support teams.
  • Document emerging FAQs and suggest enhancements to the canned‑response library to improve relevance and coverage.
  • Collaborate with the AI training team to provide annotated examples that help the natural language model learn from real‑world interactions.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, sharing insights on workflow bottlenecks, response patterns, and consumer sentiment trends.
  • Support cross‑functional projects as assigned, ranging from beta‑testing new features to contributing to knowledge‑base articles.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a live‑chat or real‑time customer service environment, preferably within regulated verticals such as insurance or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 60 WPM) with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
