[Remote] Social Media Marketing Expert

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trava Health is a rapidly growing telemedicine startup focused on weight loss and metabolic health. They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert to shape the brand narrative, grow engagement, and drive measurable results through creative storytelling and community building.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Trava Health's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Assist with maintaining the content calendar, helping ensure consistent posting aligned with brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to support influencer campaigns and community engagement efforts
• Create, edit, and publish on-brand content—including captions, visuals, stories, and videos—that educates, engages, and inspires audiences
• Assist with tracking social media performance metrics, helping identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Support paid social media initiatives by coordinating assets, monitoring campaign performance, and sharing insights with the marketing team
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices, bringing relevant opportunities to the team
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to help foster a positive online community
• Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to support campaign launches and promotional initiatives
• Help organize and maintain user-generated content (UGC) libraries while ensuring brand consistency across social channels
• Contribute ideas for social media content, digital marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community-building opportunities

Skills

• 3+ years experience in social media marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of content creation, influencer engagement, and analytics (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative direction skills
• A strategic thinker who also executes — you love seeing your ideas come to life
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping people transform their lives
• Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
