Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GHA Marketing is a B2B Podcast Agency that helps companies build brands and acquire clients through podcasts. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for prospecting and outreach to B2B leads, running qualification calls, and maintaining a clean pipeline to support the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and outreach to B2B leads daily (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Run structured qualification calls (starting at 4 calls per day)
- Book qualified meetings and maintain a clean pipeline
- Follow our scripts and process, improve through daily feedback
- Admin and CRM updates, tracking outcomes and activity
Skills
- 6mo+ experience in a BDR or SDR role OR sold products for your own business (must be B2B)
- Exceptional over the phone and on camera (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- High work ethic and coachability
- Houston preferred long term
