[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adam Tech is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of achieving results through demand creation activities and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, the Account Manager will support key customers by managing sales, responding to inquiries, and building relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately manage, retain and grow company sales within assigned account base
- Provide responses in a timely manner to all customer requests, including but not limited to requests for quote, part recommendations, order processing, sample requests, return material authorization, design registrations and order status
- Enter system updates to capture opportunity details in the sales pipeline through Pipedrive (CRM)
- Proactively track and follow up on open quotes, samples shipments and SKU historical buying patterns
- Review open order reports, be proactive and watch for potential delivery issues, know when scheduled orders need to be re-released
- Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within their customer base
- Continuously improve product knowledge, understand associated selling and company value proposition
- Distributor responsibility, know key stakeholders from branch level, manager, FAE, IBDM etc
- Work in a fast-paced multiple e-mails daily environment, able to type 55~75 WPM accurately and error free a plus
- Working with our global team, EMEA & APAC, to be able to accommodate different time zones
Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of Inside sales, Account Management or Customer Service experience with proven track record success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated to meet specific sales goals
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously while coordinating with multiple key internal and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of cost/price relationship and margin calculations
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent organization and creativity skills
- CRM and ERP experience
- Experience in the Electronic or Electrical component industry preferred
