[Remote] Project Manager - offshore

They are seeking a Project Manager - offshore to manage end-to-end project delivery, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and successful delivery through effective planning and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across all project phases
- Leads cross-functional teams (business, technology, data, vendors) to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Establishes and runs project governance, including status reporting, issue escalation, decision tracking, and stakeholder communications
- Actively manages risks, assumptions, issues, and change control to protect timelines and outcomes
- Ensures successful delivery through planning, execution, testing coordination, cutover support, and closure
Skills
- 10–14 years total professional experience
- 5–7 years in a Project Manager or Program Manager role
- 3+ years leading complex technology, data, or migration projects (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid)
