[Remote] Regional Product Manager – Pulp & Paper Equipment (Refining, Screening & Cleaning)

ANDRITZ is a leading company in the pulp and paper equipment sector, seeking a Regional Product Manager to take ownership of their product line. This role involves managing product performance, pricing, and profitability while working closely with customers and service teams, requiring extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of product line performance and profitability
- Pricing, cost structure, and margin optimization
- Growth of aftermarket, refurbishment, and service offerings
- Development of competitive (non-OEM) equipment solutions
- Strategic sourcing and production decisions
- Working directly with mills, customers, and service teams (~75% travel)
- Supporting Sales on: proposals, pricing, positioning against competitors
- Driving reverse engineering and alternative solutions to improve competitiveness
- Making real-time decisions that impact: profitability, delivery, customer satisfaction
Skills
- Experience in pulp & paper equipment, aftermarket services, or mill operations
- Full ownership of product line performance and profitability

- Willingness to travel ~75%
- Pulp & paper equipment OEM or service provider
- Aftermarket / service / refurbishment environment
- Mill operations or process engineering (Refining, Screening, Cleaning)
- Mechanical/process equipment background with commercial exposure
