[Remote] Technical Corporate Recruiter

RMS Energy Co, LLC is a growing company supporting critical energy infrastructure, and they are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive talent acquisition. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Source and engage passive candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies based on market trends and workforce needs
- Promote a positive candidate experience and represent RMS Energy’s employer brand
- Track recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire
- Stay current on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and candidate pipelines
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding handoffs
- Travel to career fairs, industry conferences, or other recruiting events
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the power or energy sector
- Strong passive sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, and social networks
- Experience hiring for technical and field-based roles within a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on recruitment KPIs
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willing to travel 30%+ to sites or industry events as needed
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience recruiting for engineering, substation, or high-voltage energy projects
- Prior experience supporting a fast-growing consulting or field services company
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and government contractor hiring regulations
- Experience implementing or improving diversity-focused recruitment strategies
- SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, or other relevant certifications
