[Remote] Recruiting Delivery Lead

Manifest Media is hiring a Recruiting Delivery Lead to manage client opportunities and support the internal team in headhunting efforts. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure effective communication with clients and the proper review of candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active client hiring opportunities from intake to shortlist
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify role requirements, ask follow-up questions, and provide updates
• Present new roles clearly to internal headhunters and talent managers
• Motivate the team and ensure open roles are being actively worked on
• Review candidate submissions and provide feedback on quality, fit, and search direction
• Compile and organize submitted candidates into client-ready shortlists
• Build shortlists of 3 to 10 candidates, depending on the role and available talent
• Use Manifest Media’s internal talent network when applicable to move searches forward faster
• Track progress across active roles and ensure each opportunity has clear ownership and next steps
• Identify when a role is stalled and communicate whether more support, a new strategy, or direct sourcing is needed
• Step in to personally headhunt candidates when required
• Support a high standard of client experience, candidate quality, and team execution

Skills

• Experience in recruiting, headhunting, staffing, talent management, client success, or creator/media hiring
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once
• Confidence communicating directly with clients
• Strong judgment when reviewing candidates and building shortlists
• Ability to motivate team members and provide clear, useful feedback
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to identify when a search is stalled and take action quickly
• Comfort stepping in to source candidates directly when needed
• Bonus if you have experience with YouTube, creators, agencies, digital media, production, or creative talent
