[Remote] Healthcare Trainer – Charges (RCM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Trainer specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with a focus on Charge Services. The role involves training associates on charge-related processes and ensuring compliance and operational readiness through the development of training programs and conducting system-based training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Charge Services workflows including charge entry, validation, reconciliation, and charge corrections
- Conduct hands-on training within Cerner and other healthcare EMR systems
- Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, process documents, job aids, and workflow guides
- Perform trainee assessments and evaluate readiness for production support
- Provide shadowing support, floor support, and go-live/hypercare assistance
- Track training effectiveness, completion metrics, and productivity outcomes
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training sessions
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Client stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, operational standards, and client requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations
- Strong experience with Charge Services and Charge Entry processes
- Hands-on experience with Cerner or similar EMR platforms
- Previous healthcare training or instructional experience preferred
- CRCR, Cerner, or related healthcare certifications preferred
