[Remote] Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TOYO Solar Texas LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team in the solar photovoltaic industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of PV modules, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the U.S. customer base for solar modules; achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Break down company sales objectives into actionable plans; implement, monitor, and evaluate performance
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments including production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and relevant policy changes; provide timely internal feedback to support strategic decisions
- Represent TOYO Solar at major industry exhibitions and summits; strengthen brand visibility and build relationships with potential customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic or solar product application industry preferred
- Proven ability to independently develop and manage client accounts; excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong understanding of international solar energy policies, market trends, product demands, and industry standards
