[Remote] Product Manager, Product Management - Archimedes
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navitus Health Solutions is a leader in specialty drug management solutions, focused on transforming the PBM industry for better sustainability of prescription drug benefits. The Product Manager will manage existing products and new product development to drive differentiation in the PBM industry, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product performance and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners regarding product execution and development initiatives
- Drive product and business planning processes across cross-functional teams
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities using ROI and build vs. buy frameworks
- Support annual planning and strategic planning for product development and drive accountability for performance goals
- Assess competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities
- Lead market research efforts to generate actionable insights
- Evaluate product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies
- Develop and maintain timelines for strategic product initiatives
- Partner with Compliance and regulatory teams to ensure product readiness and approval
- Develop a strong understanding of Archimedes products to expand offerings, refine positioning, and create effective messaging
- Execute departmental initiatives aligned with corporate strategic priorities
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience: 4 years product management, product development, or related experience required
- Experience in the PBM, healthcare, health plan or pharmaceutical industry required
