[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nanosonics is a company that specializes in the development of innovative solutions for the automated reprocessing of reusable medical devices. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of national conference exhibitions and virtual education programs, as well as manage marketing content and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution for Nanosonics’ national conference exhibitions, including show logistics and furnishings, budget, and team organization, and show performance
  • Lead the planning and execution for Nanosonics’ virtual education program, including schedule management, hosting platform, speaker coordination, promotion and lead follow-up, and program performance
  • Manage approval process for marketing collateral to ensure material is approved per company requirements in a timely manner
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to coordinate production of print collateral and execution of local tradeshow materials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and brand consistency
  • Maintain region content and events calendar, content management and internal training platform, and ensure all sales and marketing collateral are current and accurate
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaign content and assets, including the social media graphics, sales enablement materials, and event promotions
  • Support marketing activities to reinforce Nanosonics voice and presence in the market
  • Supports management of channel partner and group purchasing organization (GPO) relationships
  • Support PO setup, invoice processing, and spend tracking

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, brand, or channel marketing preferred
  • Experience supporting medical device, technology-driven businesses a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency in webinar hosting platforms (Zoom, GoTo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with content management tools, such as HighSpot, Sprout Social, etc
  • Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong resourcefulness and initiative; able to proactively identify solutions and utilize available resources to solve problems
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Possess the passion and discipline to stay at the forefront of marketing trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization
