[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - Plan to Make & Warehousing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ocean Spray Cranberries is a farmer-owned co-op seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Plan to Make & Warehousing. The BSA will analyze and improve business processes and systems, focusing on Supply Chain functions, and collaborate with IT teams for solution implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP PP and IM/EWM
• Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
• Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM modules, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
• Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
• Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team
• Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
• Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
• Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
• Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
• Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions
• Technical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM required. Experience with MES systems a plus
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools​
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills​
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills​
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
• At least 3 Years of Experience
• 3+ years of functional SAP experience in PP & IM/EWM, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
• Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus
• Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
• Enhancement & production management experience
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
