[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Addison Group is a fast-growing technology company that supports small and mid-sized businesses with a comprehensive platform of solutions. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution of email marketing campaigns and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive customer expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from planning through deployment and optimization
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing strategy and growth to support customer expansion initiatives (cross-sell, upsell, lifecycle campaigns)
- Help transition email marketing operations in-house from external vendors
- Build and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns designed to increase engagement and revenue from existing customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, product marketing, and analytics teams
- Support migration efforts from Marketo to Iterable (experience with either platform is welcome)
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns with a focus on automation and scalability
Skills
- Proven experience owning the end-to-end creation and execution of email marketing campaigns (including build, QA, deployment, and performance analysis)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and/or Iterable
- Background in customer lifecycle, retention, or expansion marketing (cross-sell/upsell experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort navigating evolving systems and processes
