[Remote] Field Marketing Manager - 1027

Lightcast is a global leader in labor market insights, and they are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support their Education and Public Sector markets across North America and Canada. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through targeted marketing programs and campaigns, while collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support market priorities, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Gather market, customer, and competitive insightsCreate content and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, retention, and expansion
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to deliver targeted programs and messaging
- Support events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
- Partner with Customer Success to drive advocacy, retention, and growth
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve business objectives
- Use data and insights to optimize performance and impact
Skills
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within Education, Government, Public Sector, Workforce Development, EdTech, SaaS, technology, data, research, or insights-based organizations required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience developing marketing campaigns, creating content, and partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Strong communication, content creation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused, commercially minded, and data-driven approach
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience supporting customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and growth initiatives preferred
