Human Resources experience preferred Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required. SPHR/PHR or other relevant certification preferred High level of ability to work independently Demonstrated expertise and creativity in sourcing high quality active and passive candidates. Ability to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of the organization. Expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with high sense of urgency, professionalism and excellent customer service.
