In this role, you will create engaging learning solutions and collaborate with teams to transform technical knowledge into accessible learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations, e-learning, and videos
- Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning activities
- Translate technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content
- Integrate multimedia elements to enhance engagement and retention
- Ensure content meets accessibility and usability standards
- Review and refine materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve learning outcomes
- Stay current with emerging tools and instructional design trends
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring)
- Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with video or graphic design tools and LMS platforms is a plus
