Overview: STERRY is seeking a creative, data-driven, and AI-fluent Ad Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will transform strategic goals into high-impact visual narratives—using AI-generated imagery as a core asset across all layouts, not just an occasional shortcut. The ideal candidate is a master of visual hierarchy, a meticulous photo editor, and a collaborative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries—and you must be comfortable designing fully with AI when project needs demand it. What You'll Do:Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging. Develop innovative ad concepts for digital and print placements, including social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners, and more. Generate, curate, and refine AI-produced images (using tools like Magnific, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and integrate them seamlessly into ad layouts. Create ad designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistent brand identity. Optimize designs for various platforms and ad formats, considering mobile and desktop users to maximize ad performance. Conduct market research and stay current with AI trends and design tools to incorporate fresh, effective elements in our ads. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall impact of our advertising efforts. Work with the marketing team to A/B test ad designs and use data insights to iterate and improve campaign performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Photo Processing: Edit and enhance raw model photos according to client standards. Creatives Translation (DE/MX/UK/JA): Translate promotional creatives while maintaining design balance and harmony. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time. What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field is a plus— but what truly matters is what you can build. A standout portfolio or equivalent hands-on experience is just as valued. Experience: 2–4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on advertising and marketing materials. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva). AI Tool Integration: Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar) to generate images and enhance workflows. You must be comfortable designing fully with AI—you can produce final ad assets where the primary visual elements are AI-generated. Learning Mindset: Willingness to continuously learn new AI tools and techniques as the landscape evolves. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into design improvements. Global Perspective: Experience localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography.
