What You’ll Do Drive new business through proactive outbound and inbound sales. Deliver confident, persuasive presentations to close high-value policies. Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and communication. Overcome objections with professionalism and tenacity to meet and exceed goals. Manage leads from start to finish—your pipeline, your success. What You’ll Bring Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required). A hunter mentality—goal-driven, competitive, and focused on results. Strong communication and closing skills with a passion for helping customers protect what matters most. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote environment. Organized and proactive, with the drive to exceed performance expectations.
