Job Overview As an HR Specialist at VacancyGlobal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global workforce operates efficiently and cohesively. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting the company's growth and development through strategic human resource initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and conduct interviews to ensure we recruit top-tier talent in a timely manner.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and information to thrive in their roles.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee inquiries, and address concerns or conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance management programs to drive employee development and maximize individual and team performance.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Stay updated on HR regulations, maintain company policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across different regions.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights on workforce trends and help in making informed decisions.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
