Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive Risk Intelligence Data Entry Specialist to join our Call Support and Customer Help unit in Ohio. This full‑time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $32 and provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data analysis, risk mitigation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily digital risk intelligence and business risk intelligence operations, including collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings to internal technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct routine reviews of internal logs to identify emerging threats, attack patterns, and fraudulent behaviors such as fake accounts, counterfeit traffic, spam, cyberbullying, and live‑room risks.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive intelligence reports, risk dashboards, and global communication feeds across both digital and traditional intelligence channels.
  • Generate risk remediation prioritization tasks, validating risk levels and recommending counter‑measures based on data‑driven insights and business priorities.
  • Curate and maintain the risk intelligence platform, ensuring reports are up‑to‑date and that intelligence sources are accurately tracked.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and policy teams to design and implement secure, user‑centric solutions that mitigate identified risks.

Essential Qualifications
