Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination & Shipment Management

  • Initiate and track the scheduling of product and import shipments for finished vehicles, ensuring alignment with production timelines.
  • Identify, book, and coordinate the most cost‑effective and reliable transportation methods (sea, air, and land) to meet delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to develop detailed shipping plans that adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain compliance with arenaflex’s internal quality standards (CI, SOPs, etc.) and industry regulations throughout the logistics process.

Documentation & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, IMO certifications, and customs paperwork.
  • Enter shipment data into arenaflex’s ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) with a focus on precision and timeliness.
  • Generate and distribute logistics dashboards and performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the logistics team with ad‑hoc reporting, data extraction, and analysis using tools such as SQL and Tableau.

Customer & Partner Support

  • Provide responsive call support to internal stakeholders and external partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shipment lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics partners, delivering exceptional service and rapid issue resolution.
  • Assist with the escalation of complex problems, coordinating cross‑functional resources to achieve timely solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose data‑driven enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery reliability.
  • Partner with product development, manufacturing, and sales teams to align logistics strategies with broader business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on logistics experience, preferably in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with sea and air freight operations, including familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
  • Experience using data platforms such as SQL, Salesforce, and ERP systems for tracking and reporting logistics activities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑centric attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support peak shipping periods.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for site visits, carrier meetings, or logistics events.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating visual dashboards.
