The arenaflex Locker+ Customer Service Associate is the heart of our in‑store experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with package pickups, returns, and inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, pick, and stow customer orders; process returns; and prepare packages for delivery using handheld scanners and mobile devices.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet every guest with a welcoming attitude, answer product‑related questions, and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate complex scenarios—such as misplaced items, damaged packages, or special delivery requests—by applying logical reasoning and arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; ensure aisles, counters, and locker bays are free of hazards.
  • Location Management: Open and close the Locker+ site, conduct end‑of‑day reconciliations, and secure all equipment and inventory.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate smartphones, handheld scanners, and other arenaflex‑provided devices to track inventory, scan barcodes, and update order status in real time.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive truck deliveries, verify shipment contents, and efficiently move parcels using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
  • Physical Duties: Lift packages up to 49 pounds (with reasonable accommodation), stand and walk for up to five‑hour shifts, and navigate stairs where applicable.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Work part‑time shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with weekly variations that may include evenings, weekends, or early mornings.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years and ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Demonstrated reliability in adhering to safety protocols and workplace guidelines.
