The Role As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers.
