Responsibilities
- Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
- Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
- When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
- Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
- Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
- Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
- Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings
Requirements
- Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Two or more years of Telehealth experience
- Two or more years of Outpatient experience
- Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams)
- EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems
Nice-to-haves
- Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
