This position is ideal for the candidate who is knowledgeable in Epic, enjoys project-based work and looking to expand their experience in IS. Responsibilities include: ? Accountable for and supports appropriate education requests, system wide education programs, learning initiatives and education related special projects for staff, students, providers and external customers. ? May support Epic Principal Trainers (Education Program Managers) with components of larger scale and more complex programs. ? Accountable for ensuring standard, successful and efficient implementation of assigned programs including identifying opportunities for process improvements using Value by Design (Lean) methodology based on ongoing reviews. ? Coordinates logistics and organizes other aspects of system wide education programs. ? Ensures implementation of programs is in compliance with federal, state and Joint Commission regulations as applicable. ? Ensures documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems is up to date and accurate. ? May include ongoing coordination and maintenance of a portion of the Learning Management System (LMS), such as Helpdesk activities, Skills (Assignment) input and maintenance, building and maintenance of Learning Plans, Epic Training support and the development of less complex elearning, or a combination of thereof Apply Job!
