The Remote Performance Data Analyst position sits at the heart of our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. In this role, you will translate raw data into compelling narratives that guide senior leadership, optimize contact‑center performance, and enhance pre‑arrival commerce for our flagship resort in Florida. Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics & Forecasting
- Design and execute forecasting models, ad‑hoc analyses, and deep‑dive investigations to support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor agent performance metrics, proactively identify areas for improvement, and conduct end‑to‑end analyses that drive actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling tools that translate complex data sets into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
