Key Responsibilities

  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring a complete record of pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
  • Follow established procedures to troubleshoot issues, gather necessary information, and resolve queries efficiently.

Sales Enablement & Upselling

  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Present tailored communication solutions that align with the client’s business objectives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and close deals.

Technical Navigation & Reporting

  • Navigate multiple internal systems (CRM, ticketing, knowledge base) to retrieve data and track case progress.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on chat volume, resolution times, and sales conversions.
  • Provide feedback to product and training teams to improve knowledge resources.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible, shifting schedules, including potential weekend or holiday coverage.
  • Willingness to be based in or commute to San Mateo, Rizal (our hybrid office hub).
  • High school diploma (Senior HS) or equivalent; a strong academic record is a plus.
  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in typing, web navigation, and multitasking across multiple applications.
  • Clean NBI clearance prior to the job offer.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a knack for turning complex information into clear, friendly messages.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in chat‑based customer support, call center, or sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and proficiency in Filipino.
