Why This Role Matters

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaxflex, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish‑speaking customers. Your ability to listen, empathize, and accurately capture meal orders will directly impact the health and satisfaction of seniors, post‑hospital patients, and individuals managing long‑term health conditions. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer inbound and place outbound calls for Spanish‑speaking clients, guiding them through the meal ordering process with patience and professionalism.
