Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — internally known as Business Improvement Agents — to join our fully remote team. As a vital member of our sales organization, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, engaging prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that leave a lasting impression on every person you speak with.

In this role, you will spend your day making outbound and handling inbound calls, presenting our clients' exceptional products and services, qualifying prospects, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. Your ability to communicate with confidence, build rapport quickly, and maintain accurate records will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in both inbound and outbound calling campaigns designed to generate and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and introduce new products to prospective clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals established by our clients and operations leadership
  • Manage, track, and follow up on leads via phone and email in a timely, organized manner
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support ongoing business development
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that impresses both our clients and their customers
  • Adhere strictly to all quality standards and pass call monitoring audits with a score of 98% or higher
  • Acquire new skills quickly and retain substantial product, service, and partnership information
  • Adapt to and be trained on multiple dialing campaigns across different client portfolios
  • Meet minimum dialing hour requirements as determined by the Operations Manager
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture

Essential Requirements

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in professional, persuasive conversation
  • A genuine passion for working with people and helping them find solutions to their needs
  • Fast and accurate data entry and note-taking abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Technical proficiency with basic telephone systems, computers, and web-based tools
  • The ability to quickly learn, master, and clearly communicate new partnerships, products, and services to clients and prospects
  • Comfort with making outbound calls throughout an entire shift
  • Self-motivation and demonstrated productivity in a fully remote work environment
  • Availability to work standard business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
  • Prior experience working successfully in a fully remote workplace
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, sales, or high-volume customer service environment, ideally in a fully remote capacity
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly encouraged
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales dialers, or lead management tools
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • A high-quality headset with a microphone and noise-canceling capabilities
  • A high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 3 Mbps
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace located in a secure environment that protects confidential client information
  • The ability to maintain consistent attendance during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
