The Remote Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's legal and administrative operations through the systematic extraction, verification, and entry of data from a defined set of documents. Working in a contract capacity with full-time hours, you will be responsible for processing approximately 330 individual documents, identifying twelve specific attributes per document, and accurately recording those values into a structured Excel worksheet. - Contract Type Identification: Determine and record the contract classification for each document based on standardized criteria provided during onboarding.
- Effective Date Recording: Locate and capture the effective date for every document reviewed, ensuring all timestamps are entered in the correct format.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct self-reviews of entered data to confirm accuracy before submission, catching and correcting any errors before they reach downstream teams.
