Position Overview and Available Shifts

We are currently hiring for a part-time, work-from-home position with shifts available starting immediately. The role requires approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the following scheduled shifts:

  • Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST to 1:00 P.M. EST
  • Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST to 12:00 P.M. EST
  • Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST to 6:00 P.M. EST

Outside of these scheduled customer service hours, you will dedicate time to creating compelling visual and video content for arenaflex's digital properties, including our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. This structure provides variety in your workday, ensuring that no two days are exactly alike.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner during designated shift hours
  • Respond to customer chat inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining arenaflex's high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate
  • Build rapport with customers and create positive experiences that reflect arenaflex's brand values
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Creative Content Development

  • Produce short-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, including static images, carousels, and story content
  • Create 3D visual assets and animations using Blender for marketing materials and product showcases
  • Develop video content for the arenaflex website, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and brand storytelling pieces
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and campaign ideas
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all content you produce
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
  • Organize and manage digital assets in arenaflex's content library

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Availability to work the specified Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance work responsibilities with academic commitments
  • Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Skills

  • Currently majoring in graphic design, marketing, communications, digital media, or a related business field
  • Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, animation, or visual effects
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva
  • Previous experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Understanding of social media best practices, including optimal posting times, hashtag strategies, and engagement tactics
  • Video editing skills and experience with mobile or desktop editing applications
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic HTML/CSS (considered a plus)
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design, video, or creative work (academic projects welcome)
