Role Overview

The Digital Media Sales Operations Coordinator (entry‑level) is a pivotal member of the Digital Media Client Services team. Reporting to the Digital Media Client Services Lead, you will support a dynamic group of sales representatives and agency partners throughout the entire campaign lifecycle— from initial brief through invoicing and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who is eager to develop expertise in digital advertising, video streaming, and cross‑platform media planning while contributing to revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the end‑to‑end execution of digital advertising campaigns, including media planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing across arenaflex+ streaming, websites, mobile apps, and social platforms.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Perform high‑volume data entry with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all campaign details, budgets, and performance metrics are accurately captured in the internal CRM and ad‑tech systems.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and agency partners on operational questions, providing timely resolutions and proactive guidance.
  • Revenue Tracking: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to monitor campaign spend, reconcile invoices, and support revenue forecasting.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate regular performance dashboards, analyze key metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, view‑through rates), and surface insights that help optimize future campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in workflow, propose enhancements, and help implement standardized operating procedures that increase efficiency and quality.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and training materials; mentor new hires and junior team members as the team scales.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Legal teams to ensure campaign compliance, creative asset delivery, and seamless execution.
  • Industry Research: Stay current on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Global Coordination: Partner with regional teams across EMEA to align on local market nuances, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either on the agency side, client side, or within ad‑tech platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media workflows, including trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with industry‑standard tools such as Google Marketing Platform, DV360, and ad‑serving platforms.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security standards relevant to digital advertising (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Hands‑on experience managing video advertising campaigns on streaming services, OTT platforms, or connected TV environments.

  • Prior exposure to multinational media brands or entertainment properties, especially within the EMEA region.
