Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Identify and qualify leads by capturing essential contact information and summarizing customer needs for dealer review.
  • Schedule service or sales appointments, coordinating with dealership staff to confirm times and details.
  • Maintain and continuously update a knowledge base of evolving products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Document each chat interaction in a clear, concise manner, highlighting key takeaways for downstream follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors during daily huddles to share insights, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Participate in four weeks of intensive remote training, mastering arenaflex’s chat platform, dealership processes, and customer service protocols.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
  • Basic proficiency with Windows‑based computers, internet browsers, and common office software.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (40+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
  • Positive, energetic demeanor and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to thrive in a remote, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm EDT, during the training period and thereafter as needed.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or dealership environments (not required but advantageous).
