Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing commercial customers by delivering proactive, high‑quality support across all banking channels.
- Identify potential compliance concerns, operational risks, or service gaps before they impact the client, and coordinate with internal partners to resolve them swiftly.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services, ranging from cash management to advanced treasury solutions.
- Develop a deep working knowledge of assigned accounts through regular client outreach, portfolio reviews, and adherence to standard departmental procedures.
- Guide customers in navigating arenaflex’s Treasury Management suite, including online platforms, ACH processing, wire transfers, and cash forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, product specialists, and compliance teams to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end service experiences.
- Document client interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating future cross‑sell initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on regulatory changes, new product launches, and emerging industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by sharing client feedback, suggesting workflow enhancements, and supporting pilot projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the financial services industry.
- Three to five years of hands‑on experience delivering customer service within a commercial banking or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively—both verbally and in writing—with senior business clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues, navigating compliance requirements, and turning challenges into growth opportunities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new software platforms quickly.
- Experience using department‑specific banking systems (e.g., core banking platforms, treasury management tools, CRM applications).
- Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products, including deposit accounts, loan products, cash management, and treasury services.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule—three days per week on‑site in our Los Angeles office and two days remotely—while maintaining consistent availability during standard business hours (8 am – 5 pm MST or PST, Monday through Friday).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar credentials.
- Experience with digital banking platforms, mobile cash‑management apps, and API‑based treasury solutions.
