Why This Role Matters
In the fast‑moving world of healthcare administration, accurate and timely processing of claim forms is essential to ensure patients receive the care they deserve and providers are reimbursed correctly. As a Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our claims digitization pipeline, turning paper‑based submissions into clean, searchable digital records. Your work will help reduce errors, accelerate claim adjudication, and ultimately improve the efficiency of the entire healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and Validate Complex Data: Review incoming healthcare claim forms, extract pertinent information, and input it into arenaflex’s proprietary digital platform with meticulous attention to detail.
- Image Classification & Indexing: Organize scanned documents, assign appropriate metadata, and ensure each file is correctly indexed for rapid retrieval.
- Pre‑Adjudication Review: Perform preliminary checks on claim data, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors before the claims move to the adjudication stage.
- Verification of Automated Extraction: Cross‑check data generated by OCR and other automated tools, confirming accuracy and completeness.
- Multi‑Source Document Synthesis: Combine information from multiple source documents (e.g., physician notes, lab reports) to produce a single, accurate digital record.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures: Follow arenaflex’s established guidelines, quality standards, and compliance protocols while performing all tasks.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team leads, quality assurance specialists, and client support staff to resolve data ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Performance Metrics Management: Meet or exceed keystroke and accuracy targets—4,000 numeric keystrokes per hour (KPH) and 2,500 alphanumeric KPH—with less than 1 % error rate.
- Shift Flexibility: Choose from three designated shift windows (6 am – 2 pm CST, 11 am – 7 pm CST, or 2 pm – 10 pm CST) to best align with your personal schedule.
