Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy individuals to join our Chat Specialist team on a part‑time basis. As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the friendly voice (or rather, the friendly text) that guides prospective car and RV buyers, service seekers, and finance explorers through their online journey. Your primary goal is to transform casual website visitors into qualified leads for our dealer partners, ensuring every interaction is informative, courteous, and conversion‑focused.
This position is a hybrid role: you will complete an intensive four‑week training program at our College Station campus, after which you will work daily 5‑hour blocks from a home‑based workstation. While the role is not fully remote, the flexibility of a part‑time schedule allows you to balance work, education, or other commitments.
