The Customer Experience Associate is the frontline ambassador of arenaflex Locker+. You will be the friendly voice and capable hands that guide shoppers through the process of retrieving their orders, returning items, and navigating any questions they may have. Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Receive, pick, and stow customer orders; process returns; and prepare packages for outbound delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide clear guidance on locker usage, return policies, and related services.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues such as misplaced items, scanning errors, or delivery exceptions, escalating when necessary.
- Facility Upkeep: Keep the Locker+ site clean, safe, and well‑organized; perform routine inspections of equipment and workspaces.
- Site Operations: Open and close the Locker+ location, manage shift handovers, and ensure all security protocols are followed.
- Technology Utilization: Operate handheld devices, smartphones, and scanning tools to track inventory, update order status, and communicate with the broader arenaflex network.
- Logistics Coordination: Receive truck deliveries, verify shipment contents, and efficiently move parcels using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and job requirements communicated in English.
- Demonstrated reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.

- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to five‑hour shifts).
- Flexibility to work varied part‑time schedules between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., including weekends and evenings.
