Role Overview – Sales Chat Support Agent

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, results‑oriented Sales Chat Support Agent to join our telecommunications sales team. In this role, you will engage customers through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls, guiding them through product selections, answering inquiries, and ultimately closing sales. You will act as both a trusted advisor and a persuasive salesperson, using needs‑based selling techniques to match customers with the right phone plans, accessories, tablets, and the latest devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound chat and email inquiries from customers visiting our client’s website.
  • Identify customer needs through probing questions, then recommend appropriate telecom packages, devices, and accessories.
  • Close sales via chat or phone, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to purchase.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, capturing key details for future reference and analytics.
  • Maintain strict adherence to client privacy and data‑protection guidelines.
