Position Overview

arenaflex is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding support through email and chat channels. This hybrid position, based in Malta, offers the perfect balance between collaborative in-office work and the flexibility of remote work, with two days per week spent at our modern office and three days working from the comfort of your home. You will be the voice of arenaflex for our Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them navigate their shopping journey, resolve any concerns, and feel valued at every touchpoint. While previous customer service experience is appreciated, it is not essential, as arenaflex provides thorough onboarding and continuous training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email and live chat, always maintaining the high service standards that arenaflex is known for.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and answering product-related questions with accuracy and care.
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Provide detailed, accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes that reinforce trust in arenaflex.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, technical support, and product management to resolve complex customer issues and prevent recurring problems.
  • Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction, embodying the values of arenaflex.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the company CRM system to ensure accurate records and support continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously expand your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and share valuable insights with the team to enhance the overall customer experience at arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Language and Communication

  • Full professional proficiency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, with native or near-native fluency preferred.
  • Strong working proficiency in English, as internal communication and training materials are conducted in English.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to adapt tone and style based on the customer and situation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly, even in written form.

Technical and Organizational Abilities

  • Solid computer literacy, including comfort with email platforms, live chat tools, and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Quick thinking and resourceful problem-solving abilities, especially when handling unfamiliar issues.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online shopping processes, and digital payment systems is considered a strong plus.
