Position Summary
The Remote Data Entry Specialist – Call Support & Customer Experience Operations role at arenaflex is a full-time, work-from-home position based anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer interaction data captured through call support activities. You will collaborate closely with customer service representatives, team leads, and the Data Entry Supervisor to ensure that all customer records are complete, consistent, and compliant with internal data standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide dedicated call support data entry assistance, transcribing and documenting customer interactions captured during phone-based support sessions.
- Review customer service call notes, ticket histories, and resolution summaries to ensure all relevant information is properly logged in the system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered by cross-referencing multiple sources and flagging inconsistencies for follow-up.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless hand-offs and to support timely problem resolution for end users.

Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic data validation).
