The Opportunity: Remote Customer Service Representative

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency with computer applications and Windows operating systems, including ability to quickly learn and navigate new software
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday with flexibility for any 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 10:00pm EST
  • Availability to work occasional overtime as business needs require

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and healthcare information
