Position Overview – Remote Innovation Analyst (Data Entry & Business Process Support)

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Innovation Analyst to serve as an Innovation Investigator Understudy within arenaflex’s Innovation Office. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams that span Flight Operations, Customer & Business Services, Systems & Services, People & Finance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of the software applications that airline crew members rely on daily. This is a full‑time, remote position based in Texas, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct detailed requirements analysis aligned with existing processes and technology platforms.

Essential Qualifications
