Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Enforcement: Apply arenaflex community guidelines consistently, issuing warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removals as appropriate while documenting each action for audit purposes.
  • Escalation Management: Recognize complex or high‑risk situations and escalate them to senior moderation leads or the Trust & Safety team with clear, concise reports.
  • Collaboration with Creators: Communicate proactively with channel owners and content creators to understand their moderation preferences, provide feedback, and build trust.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Track key metrics such as incident volume, response time, and user sentiment; contribute to monthly reports that help shape future policy updates.
  • Tool Utilization: Operate arenaflex’s proprietary moderation dashboard, AI‑assisted detection tools, and API integrations to streamline workflow and improve accuracy.
  • Community Education: Craft short, friendly messages that guide users toward positive interaction, reinforcing community standards without discouraging participation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in communications, media studies, or a related field.
